-fdtd/-decaytime: Z-dependent damping factor

During a time domain computation (with a static mesh, ienot windowwake), the fields can be damped with a z-dependent damping factor.

• point:
  Specifies the next point of the polygonal description of the z-dependency of the decaytime.
• clear:
  Clears the polygonal description.
• show:
  Gives a plot of the polygonal description.
